We accept returns for items that are in new, unworn, and resalable condition within 14 days from the delivery date of your order. To initiate a return, click here. 

Once a return label has been issued, the order must be brought to USPS within 14 days of being issued the return label.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience and will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. In this case, we will not charge you for any shipping costs.

• Refund: Issued to the same form of payment used to make purchase.
• Exchange: Exchange for another item ONLY IF ITEM IS IN STOCK. *Customers are responsible for the reshipment fee on all exchanged orders, even if the original purchase included free shipping.*

REFUNDS

Processing Time: Once your refund is approved, please allow 7 to 10 business days for the amount to be credited back to your original payment method. The exact timing may vary depending on your bank.

We reserve the right to refuse a return and refund for any items that are damaged, worn, or altered in any way. If we receive a returned item that cannot be resold, we will notify you and offer to return the item to you at your expense. If you choose not to have the item returned, we will dispose of it responsibly.

• Items with stains, tears, or rips

• Items with a strong odor (e.g., smoke, perfume)

• Items with missing tags or packaging
